[FQP] [ARRL-LOTW] Mobiles

I rarely ever submit a score in all the QSOparties I play in.
A few QSOP managers have asked me submit as a check log and I do for those.

My goal is to work and confirm the counties....by LoTW only.
It's my goal. I don't need wallpaper or plaques, and I don't need qsl cards.
I have no room for either.
I do reply to ALL qsl card requests even though I can't figure out why 
anyone wants/needs a Cook County IL card.

As far as too dificult, baloney, most of the logging software will filter on 
what county your in, and all you have to do is edit the TQSL setting.
But if you feel it isn't worth it to submit, don't.

But it would be a nice courtesy to those of us who give you points.
