[FQP]Safe Driving by Mobiles

Hi,

N4BP is making a good and obvious point.  Can you imagine the consequences
of a serious accident by a speeding mobile station during the FQP?  With
more and more mobiles on the road in the FQP and other similar events (a
very good thing) the sponsors of the FQP (and all QSO parties IMHO) should
make a clear statement that all mobile participants are required to obey all
driving rules during the contest and that by submitting their logs they
testify that they have done so.  I don't think this point is even debatable.
