Let me preface this with IANAL (I Am Not A Lawyer), but I have a lot of
experience in the legal system.

Actually, it is probably a good idea to include something in the rules about
mobiles following all applicable traffic laws and driving safely. In today's
litigious society, if a mobile involved in the FQP were to be involved in a
crash, the FCG would probably get sued for encouraging unsafe driving. While
having a rule requiring safe driving wouldn't prevent the lawsuit, it would
go a long way towards absolving the FCG of responsibility. Perhaps something
along the lines of:

All mobile stations must obey all applicable traffic laws and drive in a
safe and courteous manner. The submission of a mobile log entry certifies
that all applicable traffic laws were obeyed and that all travel was
accomplished in a safe and courteous manner.
