[Cwo] Writelog contest module support on CWops server?

Writelog.com hosts the MMTTY install program and also "3rd party modules"
from SM6SRW. However, they also use pointers for other modules from DC3HB
and DL1EFD so it's a mixed bag.

Don't think anyone has asked W5XD if this could be hosted by Writelog.com  I
shall do that today. Worst case, they say no and we host it.  I think the
liability issue is extremely low. I'm more interested in having
writelog.comhost this because that's a natural place to go to get new
contest modules.
BTW, I'm no lawyer, but I don't think there's much difference between
pointing to software and hosting it. These days if I sneeze, a guy in China
blames me for his cold.
