[Cwo] Writelog contest module support on CWops server?

I would hate to think of the hassle if someone downloaded the item, it
messed up their compute big time for some reason or other and then they
wanted to come back at us.

CYA I always say, especially when it comes to software!

I don't think we need to worry about that...but

we can write a disclaimer on the page that says:

The software for download is being hosted by Aurumtel. The host makes no
claims with regard to this software. Downloading and using this software
is done voluntarily and at the discretion of the person so doing. The host
assumes no responsibility for the operation of the software or any
consequences related to the software installation.

I don't think we need to do this, but it's here.
