I operate SO HP Unassisted, so that simplifies the CT solution if there is

Essentially, you can operate any or all of the following bands: 160, 80,
40, 20, 15 and 10.

It is a single-operator contest, CW mode only (skimmers are allowed).

The exchange is "QSO serial number AND name."

Scoring is 1 point per QSO per band; 1 multiplier the first time that call
sign is logged.

Each contest starts at 0 QSOs, 0 points, 0 multipliers.

You will submit a log for each contest in which you participate (up to 3
logs).

Logging modules are available on N1MM, WriteLog, TR4W, and others (see
www.cwops.org/cwopen.html for more info).
