 In the county parks where I've had troubles with rangers and superintendents, ANYTHING that makes our ARDF sessions look "official" will be an excuse for them to demand that we have reservations, permits, insurance, etc.? That includes bibs, signs, e-punch computers, announcements on the Web, etc.

In some other places, it's no problem.
