[WVARC] Ken Beals, K6MR, SK

I'm very sad to hear this. In recent years I spoke to Ken at a couple of
NCCC meetings and had some side chats with him during some of the Zoom
meetings. Up until just a few years ago he was scoring big in several CW
contests.

He'll be missed.
