[WVARC] Bill Crum

Bill was a very nice guy.  He was a retired colonel (Air Force?).
He loaned me his SB-300 to use, which, along with my SB-401,
allowed me to get on SSB from my home QTH for the first time.
(Well, I did try receiving sideband on my old S-85, but that wasn't
too productive.)
