[WVARC] Copy of the W6AQ movie

[Matt Futterman, N6PN]

There were actually two films that Dave Bell did for the ARRL.
"Ham's Wide World" was, of course, the one that featured the
WVARC.  The other was a 15 minute film called "This Is Ham
Radio" that I narrated.  That one also included WB6FFE and
others.
