[WVARC] Copy of the W6AQ movie

It looks like ARRL does not have the movie.  After getting more specific
with them they searched the archives and do not seem to have it.  They are
sending me New World of Amateur Radio, but now I am almost positive that it
isn't the correct movie.

Mark, will you see if you can get it while you are visiting Dave?
