[FQP] More 2018 FQP Signups + other info

Hi FQP Fans,
The signups continue - thanks to KE1F K9ES, KT4Q, N4DXI, NW4DX/m, K4KG/m
for building our Counties activations.
We now have 6 fixed and 6 mobile stations registered, and I know there are
many more of you to register.

FYI - Chris WF3C and Dan K1TO are finalizing last year's FQP results but it
is quite tedious so please be patient as they work to get this done. It is
worth the wait!

I'd like to sincerely thank Sebastian W4AS for taking over Webmaster
duties, and to our previous Webmaster Floyd KK3Q for all his past support
in getting Sebastian started; your efforts are much appreciated!

Thanks also to Bob K0RC and Chuck NO5W for getting their county tracking
tools up and running.

Keep those registrations coming - wishing each of you enjoy the
Easter/Passover holiday weekend!
