[FQP] Don't forget our friend - 15m!

It also sometimes opens to EU during the day in the southern latitude we 
are in. Since DX countries are multipliers you might get some nice juicy 
ones. I know in the past as W4AN/m we've had AF and SA stations call us 
on 15 meters that we didn't work on any band. It always seems to be open 
to PY.  I bet our friend PY2NY will be on. He likes to work USA domestic 
contests.
