[FQP] FQP Fixed and Mobile signup status

Hello FQP Fans,
Well, the the Party plans are coming together nicely!
So far we have *all* 67 Counties covered on CW and 62 Counties covered on
Phone - well done and let's keep filling in those Activations!  You can see
a nice visual of the County activations on NO5W's Counties Map tool (look
for it under the COUNTIES Tab).

As of this afternoon the following FL stations have signed up to activate
one or more counties in the Florida QSO Party:

It's easy to register your County Activation Plans - just go to
floridaqsoparty.org and click on the COUNTIES tab to find the link for the
County Activation forms (one for each day of FQP).
