QSO Party enthusiasts and FQPers...

The *Florida QSO Party* is the 4th weekend each April and is fast
approaching.

My 2015 Florida QSO Party workbook has been completely redesigned to be
more efficient for users. The following link will take you to the
download area for your free copy (right click the "*FL Activations*"
file name):

What used to be multiple worksheets for each day has been consolidated
into a "Saturday" and a "Sunday" worksheet, obviously dedicated to that
days' activities. Sort buttons have been added that reorganize the
tables with a single click.

*Sort 1 *puts all the calls into alphabetic order, and in the order they
expect to visit the counties (sequence). Use this view to quickly
determine what county will be activated next by each operator.

*Sort 2 *puts the table into chronological order. In addition, it shows
the expected "window of opportunity" (duration) for each county to be
activated.

*Sort 3 *puts the table into the number of visits expected. You will see
the counties where only 1 station will visit is highlighted in red,
drawing your attention that this county will be "rare" on that
particular day.

*Sort 4 *put the table into county name order. This lets you see who to
expect, at what time, and for how long when you are looking for a
particular county.

*REQUISITE: *This workbook runs on Excel 2003 or newer and requires
"macros" be enabled for the sorting functions to work. Excel security
needs to be loosened slightly to allow macros to execute. This is a
normal precaution that avoids malicious code from executing.

As always, the mobile itineraries are subject to change for any variety
of reasons. And of course this FQP tool is an *operating aide*, not a
certified guarantee of activity! It can be useful, especially on Sunday
if you are missing some counties for your sweep. It will give you a
heads up, who to be listening for, and at what time. And of course, it's
up to you to determine what band the station will most likely be
operating at any given moment.

Above all, have *FUN* and good luck working a sweep and collecting this
years' Spelling Bee stations as well.

If you spot any errors or discover any problems, please email me direct.
