[FQP] AD8J/M half time report

<AD8J> "Only problem has been the 1x1 F-L-O-R-I-D-A stations in the mobile window on 40 which really caused problems. I can't move down because of antenna SWR and can't move up due to RTTY QRM.  So had to run 40 just outside of the mobile window."

<K9TM> Was curious so dug up info from public places.  Thought I'd put it out in case anyone else was curious.  Not taking sides or drawing a conclusion.  I'm not able to get on the radio this weekend but following things online as time allows.
