Sat 1600Z - 0159Z and Sun 1200Z - 2159Z.  *You can find the FQP 2013 rules,

hour HF mixed-mode contest that is fun for both Florida and non-Florida
stations.  It is the 2nd largest State QSO party with hundreds of Florida
fixed stations to QSO, as well as dozens of mobile stations to hunt as they
travel through all of our 67 Florida Counties.  You can QSO each Florida
station on cw and phone on each band and also QSO the mobile stations every
time they change counties. Please see the rules for more details. And we

There are many FQP awards for the serious and casual operator, including a
special certificate this year for working 7 special event stations; please
see the FQP website for a list of the many awards available. If you need
