[FQP] [FCG] Some questions regarding rover county line operations

Well, I'll offer a differing opinion.
I've operated from a county line in the last two TX QSO parties and it's
great fun! I use CQ/X which has a specific county line mode.
You set up which counties are at the county line then go to the county
line operation screen. From there when someone answers your CQ you send
the first county info and log the other station's info. Then CQ/X moves
to the next county, sends and logs that county and the other station's
info again (you only type the other station's info once), move to the
next, etc. The last county it sends the TU QRZ message or whatever.
It's also set up so if you've already worked him from the second or
later counties it doesn't send the exchange again. This is handy if
you're driving to one of the county line counties working stations as
you go you can set up that county as the second county.
So, I guess the bottom line is if you have the logging program to handle
it county line operations are a blast!
