Suggestion:  The FCG Gazette is offered as a PDF file e-mailed to 
subscribers.  Why not offer JPEG's of FQP certificates to contest 
recipients.  It would at least save $0.88 in postage for each one 
e-mailed.  I routinely scan any contest certificates received by mail 
and discard the originals.
