[FQP] Contest Rate Sheet

I hope that most folks are subscribers to this VFB bi-weekly e-mail 
newsletter (free to ARRL members). 

The most recent edition has the rules for the FQP listed, BUT the suggested 
freqs are actually the mobile windows.  While that's not likely to cause huge 
problems, it could cause confusion.  

Ward, N0AX will fix the .PDF version on the ARRL site, but there will not be 
a follow-up e-mail sent to clarify the freqs.  

Ron - maybe you could send a note to CQ-Contest with a clarification on this?
