Guilty (on 40M)!  Although I know I wasn't causing any mobiles grief. 
Anytime one showed up on my run freq, it was immediately obvious that it 
was no longer my freq.  It did help me being out from under all the KW 
FL stations outside the window.  Also, during all the rules change 
discussion, I do recall mention that QRP stations should be allowed to 
operate in the mobile window...  On 40M, I was pleased with the lack of 
RTTY QRM.
