[FQP] One more thing...fixed stns PLEASE read

PLEASE look at the "mobile window freqs"..... MANY MANY FL fixed stns camped
out calling CQ in the mobile window.....could find a hole for several county
runs this afternoon.....you guys with the big ants and rigs PLEASE let the
/M stns have the window....that is what it was set up for....
