[FQP]NEQP....Was it me or.....?

In the NEQP, many stations that were /M didn't sign as /M or /County....made
for confusion and wasting time figuring out where the station was and IF
they were even mobile....there was even a /P station that changed
counties....didn't figure that out until this afternoon....probably missed
several mults due to this ....the only /m's that did it right was K1KI/M and
K1DG/M

Did anyone else notice this?
