[Cwo] 2015 CWO Logs - Update #1

 So far, we have received ~400 unique logs, within just under 20 hours after the event.  Not bad!

Total logs received in previous years:
2014:  496
2013:  847
2012:  397
2011:  386

More EU than in 2014.  JA still few and far between.

I hope to do a better job at nudging folks for logs this year.
