[Cwo] 2014 CWO Awards

I'm just getting back on the internet again and slowly catching up... so I
may have missed something (quite likely).

We went with trophies for CWO top dogs initially because we figured the
winners probably have too many plaques already, and we wanted something
unique. Hopefully, that's what makes CWO stand out in their minds. All
other winners besides the 4 top slots still got plaques.

I like the idea of expanding the awards to the three geographical areas.

Please note that (so far), Icom takes care of ALL the award functions ..
both buying the award and shipping it to the recipient. There is NO work or
expense required by us other than telling Icom what goes on the award and
the shipping address. Has Icom objected, or said anything about this that
maybe I missed?

If Icom ever decides to stop supporting CWO, we can then think of
alternative solutions .. maybe individual award donors.
