Quadrupled?  Not quite.

2012: Session 1 = 141
2013: Session 1 = 247
Increase Factor = 247/141 = 1.75
% increase = 75%

2012: Session 2 = 155
2013: Session 2 = 318
Increase Factor = 318/155 = 2.05
% increase = 105%

2012: Session 3 = 101
2013: Session 3 = 217
Increase Factor = 217/101 = 2.14
% increase = 114%

For Team Competition:
2012 = 7
2013 = 19
Increase Factor = 19/7 = 2.7
% increase = 171%

Basically, it looks like we've boosted Session 1 by 75%, doubled participation in Sessions 2 + 4, and almost tripled Team participation.

Nice numbers all around.
