[Cwo] Log Submission and Received Log Page

Based on our discussions, I sent the following note to Bruce regarding logs.  Please see my question at the end.

I have difficulty receiving responses from Bruce.  Perhaps my emails are not received by him.  Does anyone here have access to Bruce?  Thank you,
