I got a note from Atsu, JE1TRV with an interesting thought.
It may be that the JA contesters think that they only get points if they
work NA .. so why bother?
Not sure how that could be misconstrued, but it's one possible explanation
for the lack of activity.
He didn't point to anything specific ..
