[Cwo] Logs received list is operational

My own "logs received" list is available now.  I'll try to update this list
daily.
The link is on the CWO rule page, item 7.  It's not very obvious.

Rob, can you put the word out to the CWops reflector that this is now
operational?  I'm not on that list .. Yahoo gives me a lot of gas.

This is different than the logs received list on the WA7BNM site.  My list
are those logs that I actually have in hand.

I'm going to start the "begging for logs" process. Four more logs showed up
this morning, but I haven't looked at them yet.
