[Cwo] CW Open email campaign

We have sent out about 800 emails already to JA, EU and Asia/VE/Oceania. I
have NOT sent any to US contesters. If we can compile a list of US calls
and email addresses, I can take care of that one, too. With a total blast
of 1500 emails or more, and a second "reminder" blast about two-weeks
before the event, we should achieve an astounding activity level.
