Regarding CWO Certificates:  Unfortunately, I have zero time to create certs
for CWO 2013.  I'm swamped with many other projects.

Here's what Rob sent in his email reminder regarding Awards:

Since no one seemed to ask about certificates for CWO 2011 ---   and since
Rob didn't mention them at all  in his email reminder -- my recommendation
is to drop certificates altogether and concentrate on the trophies and
plaques.

For the moment, I've removed the Certificate reference in the CWO Awards
section on the website:
