[Cwo] new feature for CWO

I've been talking to Dmitri, RW4WM about getting CW OPEN to work with the
live contest score reporting web site:  cqcontest.ru

He has graciously added "CWOPS-CWOPEN" as a contest that can be logged
into. This should work with N1MM and TR4W.  WinTest and Writelog are not
compatible at this point. Anyone can go to that web site and watch the
scores pile up in near real time.

Please let folks know about this and we'll see how well it works.
