[Cwo] log checking example

Mostly it's "Name" as the sent name, but one log fixed today had "001" as
> the sent name.  These all seem to be N1MM generated logs.

This is caused by Selecting Contest Type CWOPS (CWT) instead of CWOPSOPEN
(CWO) and/or not replacing NAME EXCHANGE in set-up window with HANK CA
and/or using a too-early N1MM version.
