[Cwo] Sample Cabrillo 3.0 File

Things seem to be happening faster than I can keep up with. Probably a good
thing.  :-)

The sample file - here is one QSO:
QSO: 14022 CW 2011-05-29 1924 W1RM            10    #
K6RB            0          ROB

Note there is no sent NAME, but there is "#" which is irrelevant, and will
cause trouble in log checking.
The Received serial number is zero.  Is this what happens when you forget to
log a number?  If so, then it is OK.  Other QSOs had a valid serial number
(even some >1000 which is highly unlikely in a 4 hour event).
Everything else seems OK.
