OK, I'll back off. Sometimes I get a bit zealous.
Yes, testing is a good thing. Last night I downloaded SD logger and tried
it out. It's a bit cryptic, but useable. I logged a dozen fake QSOs .. some
with obvious errors like missing name or NR. Then I generated a Cabrillo
file and looked at it. It did not match the guide we have in the rules
(FAQ). I mailed the author, and copied his reply to the group. I'm
confident SD will work.
If you don't know about SD, I'm not surprised. In CQP we get about a dozen
SD logs. I would expect more in CWO since CWO should have a bigger following
than CQP in EU.
Does anyone use GenLog? Need to test that one too as they said they now
support CWO.
