[Cwo] creating a WriteLog module

Two points:

1) Numbering in the log is (can be) arbitrary. The important point is that
the number sent on the air matches what gets into the log. I think it works
correctly. I've had problems with M/M stations where numbering gets
shifted when one station queues up a call but then deletes it (presumably
because he gave up making the Q). The sent serial numbers thereafter are
one less than reported in the log. Each time that happens, the numbering
gets shifted once more. By the end of CQP (30 hours), I've noticed numbering
can be off by as much as 10 between what is sent and what is reported in the
log. I don't know what logger was used. It's just something I'm sensitive
to and I check for it. This module looks fine.

2) Long names: I agree that someone using the name Rumplestilkston isn't
serious in the contest. However, he isn't the one who has to copy the long
name and log it. In the heat of battle, it would be nice to allow the op to
log an arbitrary long name, but only report the first 10 characters in the
log... if it can be done.

I have not seen the multiple mult issue show up here, but I haven't had much
time to play with it yet.
