That's correct.  It's available free to everyone who
emails me with their callsign before the contest. The
registration fee is normally 25 euros - about $35.

The free key file activates the current version of SD
only (V15.43 at present). Unlike the paid-for key file,
it is not good for 12 months of updates.

However, V15.43 will not expire.  There is no time limit
and it will never stop working, when used with the owner's
callsign, so long as the key file is present in the SD
folder.

If anything doesn't seem to be right, let me know and
I will fix it before the end of June.  Key files issued
between now and then will work with the updated version.
