[Cwo] Writelog contest module support on CWops server?

I think there was some discussion, but no decision.
The BOD of CWops seems to be OK with it, although no formal decision.
I posed the question of inviting other vendors to "bid" on sponsorship such
that Icom would not be the only vendor sponsor. However, that resulted in no
discussion.
I think at this point, I will answer Ray and accept his kind offer for THIS
year only. I suspect Icom can also help with the publicity. I'll hold off
for a few hours in case someone has a comment or suggestion.
