[Cwo] CWO publicity seems to be working

A couple of days ago I got a call from a ham in the neighborhood .. maybe a
mile away .. with a Radiogram that came over some CW traffic net. It was
inviting me to the CWO party.  :-)  I think it originated from VE3.

Now THAT's coverage!
