Matt:  Note that the exchange is different for CWO.  I've already hit up the
various logger vendors asking them to support CWO as a new event - not as a
change to CWT.  It will be a while before we see any results from those.

Interesting to note that N1MM simply calls this the CWops event. Wonder how
they will identify CWO.
