[Cwo] Fwd: Button Request update

Cost items that I know about now:

Publicity:
   -  buttons  (how many, what size, what cost?)
   -  flyers at convention(s)
   -  direct mail campaign ??    I used to do that a decade ago, but
probably not useful now?
   -  advertisement in QST, CQ ..   K6MM was able to get free advertisement
in QST for CQP

Awards:
   -  Trophy for each top time group plus combined (4):  $300  est
   -  Plaques for LP and QRP in each (8):   $400 est

Anything else?  I presume we don't need to worry about web hosting services
and the like.
