Give me a list of the possible things we want to get so I can tell the board
that as well as ask for approval on the funds.

I'll guess at Promotional items (buttons), a flyer on the event, possible ad
in QST and CQ.  What else?

Let's do that. Submit a proposal for $1,500. We'll do the buttons and
handouts right away.
