[ARDF] ARDF champs travel notes

I must confess that neither Jen nor I use 2M or 70cm FM very often,
if ever. What I can find on the web suggests that one of the main Bastrop
repeaters is W5QXH 443.75 +5 (114.8 Hz CTCSS tone, in & out). I'd also
suggest that 146.52 MHz simplex would be fine.
