[ARDF] Loaner gear?

Marvin:? Just a question.? Would not competitors from other regions, outside the US, like England, have gear that is for 2M AM and not equipped for FM? Or am I wrong!
?
If they are AM only, then we need to be AM. "Newbees" will have to use spare equipment.? Just a thought.? I can do either.

Hi Ken,
We will have loaner gear available for those people that need it. Cal Tech
loaned me three Ron Grahm receivers and tape measure beams that can be made
available.
Also, just to let you and everyone on the list know, the 2M transmitters are
going to be FM. I would have liked to do AM, but it looks like a number of new
people will be attending and they are using FM receivers.
