[ARDF] Mapping

Hi to the group,

I have a quick question for the group about OCAD.

I have installed their free product (V6) and I have
generated a base map from Delorme topo. 
I have not found the way to import the .bmp map into
OCAD, is there a way? Seems OCAD only lists .dxf and
its own OCAD files for importing. I have not tried to
import the .bmp into AutoCad and convert to .dxf
