[ARDF] Protractors

Several years ago, Tcherman (Russia) described an exercise to help plot
bearings quickly and accurately. Take a piece of paper and draw 11
different angles (i.e. 297 degrees, 34 degrees, 192 degrees, etc.) using
only your own good judgement. Measure all the angles, throw out the
worst one, and average the rest. His error was typically about 2
degrees. Speed is essential and you just don't have time to use a
protractor or ??? to draw these angles.
