[ARDF] Reverse-bezel fast compass?

They do make competition compasses with NO markings whatsoever, which is 
what I use, one of the thumb compasses. No degree markings, no bezel you 
can turn, etc. I use the Nexus 6Jet.

Gail T. even sells the blank "capsule" (the needle housing) from the 
Moscow compass and you can mate it with any baseplate. It's just held on 
with a little metal clip in the base.

With a little work you could take one of these and attach one of 
Charles' stickers sized just right and get what you want.
