While we are on this subject of transmitters, can someone explain to me about the Fox Oring transmitters? I have not had a chance to look at the one that Martha won in the drawing, but I did listen to one Bob had. It's not IDing. So is this intended to be part 15? not part 97? Sam N4MAP
