This has been slow - but looks like we are almost done waiting:

+Archivist, and he already had the video slated to be listed as an archive because the ITU used it in the 70s in Yugoslavia to train
+radio ops!  But he didn't have a copy of the thing either, so we are helping him out.  We may actually try to sell it as "dated
+nostalgia!"
