[WVARC] WVARC bulletin question

Matt: at one time I published about a half dozen 
club bulletins (using the club's mimeograph) so
the issue of whether this was the "(only?)" editor 
should be discarded.  I guess I'm going to have 
to disqualify myself from answering the question
of the first editor.  I believe, though, that your
second trivia question had already been 
answered on the reflector before you asked it.
